The editorial board of the journal follows the copyright Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan and relevant international agreements.
The authors retain their copyright and grant the journal the right to publish the manuscript for the first time. At the same time, the Creative Commons Attribution license-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) is applied to all published manuscripts, posted on the official website of the Creative Commons non-profit corporation and allowing other users to freely copy, distribute and adapt the material, provided that the authorship of the work and a link to this journal are indicated.
The authors  are free to:  — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format;  — remix, transform, and build upon the material. The licensor cannot revoke these freedoms as long as you follow the license terms under the following terms: Attribution. You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made.
