Abstract

Today there are many global problems that cause concern for the entire world community. All civilized humanity must be involved in the fight against environmental, social, economic, terrorist, and transnational crimes. In this series, special attention is required to themselves threats, potentially fraught with the danger of violating the national and information security of the state. In the context of globalization and widespread dissemination of information technologies, the need to analyze this problem is extremely urgent. One of the consequences of globalization is the formation and development of mass culture, the consumption of its products. This process cannot be assessed unambiguously, but nevertheless, most researchers focus on the negative consequences of this process, which threatens human spirituality and the "dehumanization" of the culture of mankind. In modern conditions, a serious problem arises of the influence of computerization and the spread of information technologies on the human psyche, on his mental organization. The above issues are analyzed in this article.
